Trivia, Ramos Pizza, Lincoln NE, June 3
NWIM president Dave Keller attended the Lincoln Trivia at Ramos Pizza,
Friday June 3. Awesome Lincolnites there were Dana Pratt, Frank
and Pat Urzedowski , and Katie.
They shared
with me a slice of a pizza with pepperoni and cream cheese...very neat
and yummy! Conversation was excellent...it flowed very
nicely...they are very cool in this regard. I learned a tad bit
more about the Lincoln sub-group.
I
eventually was convinced to ask for an NTM box. I was actually
ahead for awhile, which can happen if you put in all the answers that
your fellow players say out loud. That lead was not to last, for
a variety of reasons: 1) My "2" button did not work; 2) My
machine died, and 3) The categories changed to things that I had no
knowledge of whatsoever. Nevertheless, I managed to get that neat
feeling of being able to narrow my choices by the application of
something like meta-logic, and that is a cool thing about trivia.
